Is a 2 Person Sauna Actually Big Enough?
A 2 person sauna is usually big enough for two adults sitting upright, shoulder to shoulder. That is the honest answer, and it is the one worth having before you spend $3,000.

Three numbers to check against your space: the footprint above, your ceiling height against the sauna height, and your narrowest doorway against the largest panel. Indoor kits arrive as flat panels, so the doorway question is about the panel, not the assembled cabin. Outdoor models need clearance around all four sides for assembly and airflow — plan on 24″ minimum, more if you want to service it.
When Should You Buy a 3 or 4 Person Sauna Instead?
A 2 person sauna is the wrong size in four common situations, and Topture would rather say so before you order:

A 2 person sauna does not have one honest running-cost figure. Person count is a size label; the specific heater system, electrical input, session length and your local electricity rate decide the bill.
