General Delivery Information (Applies to Both)

All deliveries require a scheduled appointment. The sauna will arrive protected on a wooden pallet, sometimes encased in wood. Prior to shipping this product, we often contact customers to share shipment details and needs and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses. Our goal is to ensure your project’s success.

Flat Rate Freight (LTL Truck)

The driver is responsible for curbside delivery only and will lower the items to ground level.

Exception for SaunaLife G3 & G4: These models are too long for lowering. In these cases, the customer is responsible for hand off-loading (piece by piece) or for off-loading with a forklift.

Flat Rate Freight (Flat Bed Truck)

For this option, the driver provides "delivery only" with limited assistance at the site. The customer is entirely responsible for removing the sauna crate from the truck.

Required Equipment: You must provide a forklift or crane to offload the crate.

Note: On rare occasions, remote or complex delivery areas may not qualify for these rates.

Orders are shipped across the continental U.S. from our network of warehouses, managed by our logistics partners in California, Illinois, Texas, New York, Florida, and Toronto.

How much is shipping?

We’re proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $200 within the Continental United States.

The only exception is sauna stones—due to their weight and high shipping costs, we apply a shipping charge when they are purchased without a heater.

Do you provide financing?

Absolutely! To view your financing offer, simply select Shop Pay Installments as your payment method at Step 3 of checkout.

You'll need to enter a debit card to receive your offer, but don’t worry—you can still back out before completing the purchase.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

If you order today, you can expect delivery within 5-13 business days. In-stock products typically ship within 2-6 business days, and once they leave the warehouse, transit time is usually 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Let us know if you need more details!
