Description

The Dundalk Luna (CTC22LU) is a cube sauna with rounded corners and a flat floor, handcrafted in Ontario from Canadian cedar.

Dundalk gives the exterior as 86-1/4" W × 84-3/4" D × 86-1/4" H, with 80-1/4" W × 83-1/4" D × 80-1/4" H — 315 cu ft inside.

The heater is chosen separately. Dundalk recommends 6 kW, which we supply as the HUUM DROP 6 kW package. The Harvia KIP is offered at 8 kW: Harvia rates the KIP 6 kW for rooms up to 300 cubic feet, and the Luna is 315. HUUM's manual says the DROP 6 kW draws 25 amps at 240 V, and Harvia's manual says the KIP 8 kW draws 33.3 amps at 240 V single-phase. Your licensed electrician sizes the breaker and wire from the manual that ships with the heater and your local code.

Assembly & Installation

What the Luna build involves

The Luna is assembled on site following Dundalk's illustrated manual; Dundalk recommends two people. The benches arrive pre-assembled. It is electric only — Dundalk offers no wood-burning option for the Luna.

Tools the manual asks for: cordless drill with Phillips and Robertson bits, rubber mallet, carpenter's level, carpenter's square, a 2" (51 mm) hole saw and a step ladder.

Dundalk asks for a base that is level with a slight slope to the back for drainage — concrete or a wood deck.

Electrical

Final electrical hookups must be completed by a certified electrician to comply with local codes. Dundalk makes this a condition of warranty validation, not just good practice.

Shipping

How is the Dundalk Luna delivered?

The Luna ships by LTL freight on a crate, delivered to the curb or the end of the driveway. Deliveries are usually made with an 18-wheel truck, so check it can reach your street. The carrier books a delivery appointment and does not unload — offloading is the customer's job, usually with a forklift lifting from the end of the crate on fork extensions, or by renting a tilt-bed tow truck to collect it from the local terminal. Crates under 92" long may arrive with a lift gate to help lower them; longer ones do not, so plan the offload before the truck is booked.

The biggest difference is the glass. The Dundalk Luna is a rounded-corner cube of Eastern White Cedar, handcrafted in Ontario, with a glass door and one 26-1/2" × 42-1/4" window: a more enclosed, traditional cedar room. The SaunaLife CL5G has a full-height glass front: it looks more modern, fills the room with daylight and gives you a view of the garden from the bench, so it feels open even though it is the smaller of the two. Both seat up to four. The Luna measures 86-1/4" W × 84-3/4" D × 86-1/4" H with 315 cubic feet inside, and Dundalk recommends a 6 kW heater. The CL5G, handcrafted in Northern Europe from thermally modified Thermo-Spruce, measures 80.7" W × 63" D × 82.7" H with about 184 cubic feet inside, and Topture pairs it with an 8 to 9 kW heater because of the glass. Delivery differs too: the customer offloads the Luna's 1,526 lb crate, while the CL5G is lowered to the ground at the curb.

Where are you located, and where do you ship from?

Topture is an online retailer serving customers in the contiguous United States. The company is Topture LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, and its registered business address is 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.

Orders ship from manufacturer and distributor warehouses in the U.S. and Canada, and some products ship directly from the manufacturer in Europe. Each product page shows its estimated delivery time.

How much is shipping?

Orders over $200 ship free within the continental United States. Orders under $200 carry a small shipping fee.

Two exceptions: SaunaLife and ThermaSol products carry a freight charge at any order value, and sauna stones ordered without a heater ship at $60 per box because of their weight.

Do you provide financing?

Absolutely! To view your financing offer, simply select Shop Pay Installments as your payment method at Step 3 of checkout.

You'll need to enter a debit card to receive your offer, but don’t worry—you can still back out before completing the purchase.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

If your order is in stock, most orders ship within 2–7 business days of purchase. Transit time then depends on the distance from the warehouse and, for freight, on booking a delivery appointment.

For custom, pre-order or made-to-order items, the estimated delivery time frame is listed on the product page. Delivery dates are estimates, so please don't book installation labor until your order has arrived and been inspected.

What happens after I place my order?

As soon as you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details—be sure to keep it for your records. Once your order ships, you'll receive another email with tracking information.

For freight deliveries, the carrier will call or text you to schedule an appointment once the shipment reaches their local terminal. Someone needs to be there to inspect the shipment and sign for it. Smaller parcels arrive by UPS or FedEx without an appointment.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Products purchased through Topture include the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Do you have a showroom?
