We source products through authorized manufacturer channels so your equipment is genuine and covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty.
If a warranty issue comes up, we help you navigate the process rather than leaving you to figure out who to contact.
4. Heavy-freight support from warehouse to delivery
Many sauna orders are large freight shipments, not ordinary parcels. We coordinate the shipment, provide delivery guidance, and include freight protection on qualifying orders.
If something arrives damaged, document it at delivery and contact us. We help manage the claim and next steps with the manufacturer and carrier.
