In a time when customer service is not what it used to be, Topture is the exception. There were a few issues with regard to delivery charges and payment mix ups. All it took was one phone call with a very short wait time and a conversation with a Topture representative to straighten everything out. She was courteous as she reviewed notes on our file, apologized for the inconvenience and hastened our delivery to Express with no additional charge to us. I have recommended Topture to friends and family because of the exceptional customer service which is representative of days gone by. And I am now a committed customer. And the table....is beautiful!
