This sauna is engineered for a 6kW to 8kW wall-mounted electric sauna heater. We recommend pairing it with a premium heater like the HUUM DROP or the Harvia KIP series. Assembly & Delivery Information

This sauna kit is a rewarding DIY project that results in a professional-grade outdoor spa. We recommend 2-3 handy adults for assembly, which can typically be completed over a weekend. A solid, level foundation (like a concrete pad or deck) is required before you begin. This sauna ships via LTL freight and weighs approximately 1680 lbs. The delivery is curbside (dropped off at the end of your driveway), so please have a plan to move the components to your assembly site.

General Delivery Information (Applies to Both)

All deliveries require a scheduled appointment. The sauna will arrive protected on a wooden pallet, sometimes encased in wood. Prior to shipping this product, we often contact customers to share shipment details and needs and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses. Our goal is to ensure your project’s success.

Flat Rate Freight (LTL Truck)

The driver is responsible for curbside delivery only and will lower the items to ground level.

Exception for SaunaLife G3 & G4: These models are too long for lowering. In these cases, the customer is responsible for hand off-loading (piece by piece) or for off-loading with a forklift.

Flat Rate Freight (Flat Bed Truck)

For this option, the driver provides "delivery only" with limited assistance at the site. The customer is entirely responsible for removing the sauna crate from the truck.

Required Equipment: You must provide a forklift or crane to offload the crate.

Note: On rare occasions, remote or complex delivery areas may not qualify for these rates.

True North 5 Person Sauna

I purchased this Sauna in White Cedar with 2 Windows and the Harvia Electric Heater and absolutely love it! It was easy to assemble in a few hours and is very high quality. I got the manual dial and it heats up quickly and provides up to 80% humidity when putting water on the rocks. The instructions were excellent and no extra help was required. It was shipped to me in the US and although it took awhile to receive because of a manufacturing issue, Topture kept on top of the situation and kept me in the loop from start to finish.
