Curbside freight delivery by appointment; an adult must sign for the shipment. How it works

How freight delivery works

  1. The carrier books a time with you

When your order reaches a local depot, the freight company calls or texts you to schedule a delivery date and time window.

  2. Curbside, lowered to the ground

Most orders arrive with a liftgate. Standard delivery does not include moving it to your yard, unpacking or installation.

  3. Inspect before you sign

Note any damage on the delivery receipt and take photos before the driver leaves. Report damage to us within 24 hours.

Description

The Dundalk Element Loft (605003) is the mid-size Element indoor sauna, built by Canadian woodworkers from Thermo Grandis, thermally treated in Ontario.

Dundalk gives the exterior as 74-3/4" W × 54-3/4" D × 88" H, with 135 cu ft inside.

The heater is chosen separately. Dundalk recommends 6 kW, which we supply as the HUUM DROP 6 kW package. HUUM's manual says the DROP 6 kW draws 25 amps at 240 V. Your licensed electrician sizes the breaker and wire from the manual that ships with the heater and your local code.

What's Included?

The panelized indoor sauna kit:

  • Thermo Grandis wall and ceiling panels, numbered for assembly
  • Floor frame and 1×6 tongue-and-groove floor boards, finished in Thermo Grandis
  • Full glass front with door, in 10 mm glass
  • Benches
  • Hardware and Dundalk's illustrated assembly instructions

Heater sold separately. Choose a matched heater package in the heater options on this page, or contact us if you would like a different heater.

Sauna accessories. Add a Cold Plunge Tub, Outdoor Shower, Backrests, Bucket & Ladle, Lights, Thermometer or Sand Timer to complete the setup.

Assembly & Installation

What the Element Loft build involves

The Element is an indoor panel kit, assembled by two people — Dundalk's recommendation. You build and square the floor frame, lay the tongue-and-groove floor boards, then stand the numbered wall panels on the base plates and fasten them as the manual shows.

Tools the manual asks for: rubber mallet, carpenter's level, carpenter's square, tape measure, cordless drill and drill-bit set, nail gun, utility knife, clamp and step ladder, plus silicone, sandpaper, wood glue and wood putty.

Where it goes

The Element stands on its own framed floor, so it needs a level indoor surface with room for its 74-3/4" × 54-3/4" footprint and 88" of height.

Electrical

Final electrical hookups must be completed by a certified electrician to comply with local codes. Dundalk makes this a condition of warranty validation, not just good practice.

Shipping

How is the Dundalk Element Loft delivered?

The Element Loft ships by LTL freight, delivered to the curb or the end of the driveway. Deliveries are usually made with an 18-wheel truck, so check it can reach your street. The carrier books a delivery appointment and does not unload — offloading is the customer's job, usually with a forklift lifting from the end of the crate on fork extensions, or by renting a tilt-bed tow truck to collect it from the local terminal. Crates under 92" long may arrive with a lift gate to help lower them; longer ones do not, so plan the offload before the truck is booked.

Element Loft freight summary
Freight type LTL truck
Delivery point Curbside or end of driveway — customer offloads
Gross shipping weight 802 lbs — size your offload equipment with margin and confirm with us before delivery day

Freight protection Full-value, included on every Topture freight order

Check the shipment before the driver leaves. If it arrives damaged you can still accept it: photograph the damage, write “Crate arrived open/damaged – possible hidden damage” on the Bill of Lading, and contact us straight away so the claim can be raised with the carrier.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many people does the Dundalk Element Loft seat?
Dundalk rates the Element Loft for 2–3. Inside it measures 64-3/4 inches wide by 44-3/4 deep with an 80-1/2 inch ceiling — 135 cubic feet.
What are the Element Loft's exterior dimensions, and how much space do I need?
Per Dundalk's drawing, the Element Loft is 74-3/4 by 54-3/4 inches and 88 inches tall. It stands on its own framed floor, so it needs a level indoor surface with room for that footprint and height.
What size heater does the Element Loft need?
The heater is sold separately and Dundalk recommends 6 kW for the Element Loft, supplied as a HUUM DROP package. HUUM's manual says the DROP 6 kW draws 25 amps at 240 V. Your licensed electrician sizes the breaker and wire from the manual that ships with the heater and your local code.
What wood is the Element Loft made from?
Thermo Grandis, thermally treated in Ontario, Canada — chosen, in Dundalk's words, for its warm appearance, consistent grain, moisture resistance and long-term stability. The front is 10 mm glass.
Do I need an electrician?
Yes. Dundalk requires that final electrical hookups be completed by a certified electrician to comply with local codes, and states that this is a condition of warranty validation. Plan the structure as a two-person build and book the electrician separately.
Is the Element Loft really pre-cut, or do I have to cut the wood myself?
It is a panel kit. You build and square the floor frame, lay the tongue-and-groove floor boards, then stand the numbered wall panels on the base plates and fasten them as the manual shows.
What tools do I need to assemble it?
Dundalk's manual lists a rubber mallet, a carpenter's level, a carpenter's square, a tape measure, a cordless drill and drill-bit set, a nail gun, a utility knife, a clamp and a step ladder, plus silicone, sandpaper, wood glue and wood putty. Two people are recommended.
What warranty comes with the Element Loft?
Dundalk covers its saunas with a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Heater warranties vary by model and are covered by the heater manufacturer. Dundalk conditions warranty validation on the electrical work being completed by a certified electrician.
How is the Element Loft delivered, and can I unload it myself?
It ships by LTL freight on a crate, weighing 802 lbs, and is delivered to the curb or the end of the driveway by appointment, usually on an 18-wheel truck. The customer offloads — Dundalk's guidance is a forklift lifting from the end of the crate on fork extensions, or renting a tilt-bed tow truck to collect it from the local terminal. If the crate arrives damaged, you can still accept it: photograph the damage, note it on the Bill of Lading, and contact us straight away.

General Topture Questions

Where are you located, and where do you ship from?

Topture is an online retailer serving customers in the contiguous United States. The company is Topture LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, and its registered business address is 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.

Orders ship from manufacturer and distributor warehouses in the U.S. and Canada, and some products ship directly from the manufacturer in Europe. Each product page shows its estimated delivery time.

How much is shipping?

Orders over $200 ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 carry a small shipping fee.

Four exceptions: SaunaLife and ThermaSol products carry a freight charge at any order value, ProSaunas sauna wood ships at a flat freight rate set by the number of boards and the longest board, ProSaunas sauna doors and windows ship at a flat rate per order shown on their product page, and sauna stones ordered without a heater ship at $60 per box because of their weight.

Every charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you provide financing?

Absolutely! To view your financing offer, simply select Shop Pay Installments as your payment method at Step 3 of checkout.

You'll need to enter a debit card to receive your offer, but don’t worry—you can still back out before completing the purchase.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

If your order is in stock, most orders ship within 2–7 business days of purchase. Transit time then depends on the distance from the warehouse and, for freight, on booking a delivery appointment.

For custom, pre-order or made-to-order items, the estimated delivery time frame is listed on the product page. Delivery dates are estimates, so please don't book installation labor until your order has arrived and been inspected.

What happens after I place my order?

As soon as you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details—be sure to keep it for your records. Once your order ships, you'll receive another email with tracking information.

For freight deliveries, the carrier will call or text you to schedule an appointment once the shipment reaches their local terminal. Someone needs to be there to inspect the shipment and sign for it. Smaller parcels arrive by UPS or FedEx without an appointment.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Products purchased through Topture include the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms. You’ll find the warranty details for each product under the "Warranty" tab on its product page, and we help with troubleshooting and warranty coordination if an issue comes up.

Do you have a showroom?

We don’t have a showroom — we sell online. Our team is available by phone, email and chat to help you compare models, sizes and heaters, and we can send dimensions, installation manuals and electrical requirements before you buy.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout the 48 contiguous states, with curbside freight delivery for large items. Free shipping and standard rates apply there only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. islands and Canada are quoted separately, depending on the brand and model. We can't ship freight or oversized items to P.O. boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

International Shipping

For many products, yes, including to Canada, by custom quote. Email contact@topture.com with the product and your address before you order; availability and cost depend on the brand and model. Any duties, taxes and customs fees are your responsibility.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico

Free shipping applies to the contiguous United States only. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. islands is quoted separately and depends on the brand and model. Email contact@topture.com for a quote before you order.
