Dundalk LeisureCraft Saunas at Topture

Dundalk LeisureCraft is a Canadian manufacturer based in Melancthon, Ontario (formerly Dundalk), building saunas, hot tubs, cold plunges and outdoor showers since 2004. Topture is an authorized Dundalk LeisureCraft retailer and currently stocks 16 of its sauna models.

LeisureCraft makes its saunas in more than one line. Every outdoor Dundalk sauna at Topture comes from the Canadian Timber line, which is built in Eastern White Cedar. The 3 CT Element indoor saunas use Thermo Grandis. LeisureCraft's separate Dundalk Collection is its Western Red Cedar range, which Topture does not currently stock. Dundalk Saunas by Style

Barrel saunas

There are 6 Canadian Timber barrels: the CT Elation, Tranquility MP, Serenity MP, Serenity, Harmony and Tranquility. All 6 have a built-in porch, and the Tranquility MP and Serenity MP add a full glass front. Capacities run from 2 to 6 people. Cabin saunas

There are 5 cabins. The Georgian Cabin comes in three versions: the standard Georgian (CTC88W), the Georgian with Porch (CTC88PW), and the Georgian with Changeroom (CTC88CW), which adds a separate enclosed changing room. The Granby Cabin (CTC66W) is the smallest cabin at 2–3 people, and the Palmer Cabin (CTC68N) seats 3–4.

Luna cube sauna

The Luna (CTC22LU) is Dundalk's cube-shaped sauna, built in Eastern White Cedar for 2–4 people.

MiniPOD

CT Element indoor saunas

The Nook, Loft and Studio are LeisureCraft's CT Element indoor saunas, built in Thermo Grandis with a full 10 mm glass front. They seat 2, 2–3 and 2–4 people respectively, and are designed for electric sauna heaters.

Wood and Construction

The Canadian Timber outdoor models are built in Eastern White Cedar, which LeisureCraft sources from Ontario mills. The CT Element indoor models use Thermo Grandis. LeisureCraft specifies 28-gauge steel shingles for its Canadian Timber cabin roofs, and the MiniPOD has a layered roof of cedar planks, ice-and-water shield and asphalt shingles. Heaters

Dundalk sauna kits at Topture are sold without a heater, so you choose one separately. Every outdoor Dundalk model can use an electric sauna heater, and 11 of the 13 outdoor models can also take a wood-burning stove (marked in the table above). The CT Element indoor saunas are designed for electric heaters. Each product page lists recommended heater pairings.

Browse our electric sauna heaters or wood-burning sauna heaters. Electrical connections must be made by a licensed electrician, and the heater's manual specifies the circuit it needs. Heater warranty terms vary by manufacturer and model.

Warranty

Dundalk LeisureCraft's current residential limited warranty policy covers products designed and manufactured by LeisureCraft against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for five years, starting from the date the product is received by the original end-user consumer. Coverage is limited to replacement parts; service, labour and installation costs are excluded. Normal wear and tear, improper installation or maintenance, natural weather conditions, and failure to follow the manufacturer's installation, use or care instructions are also excluded. Products LeisureCraft sells but does not manufacture, including many heaters, follow that manufacturer's own warranty terms.

Installation and Site Prep

Dundalk saunas ship as kits with assembly instructions. Before assembly, you need a flat, level, solid base, such as a concrete pad, compacted gravel, or a deck rated for the sauna's loaded weight. An uneven base is a common cause of door-alignment problems, so it is worth getting right.
