How freight delivery works

  1. The carrier books a time with you

    When your order reaches a local depot, the freight company calls or texts you to schedule a delivery date and time window.

  2. Curbside, lowered to the ground

    Most orders arrive with a liftgate. Standard delivery does not include moving it to your yard, unpacking or installation.

  3. Inspect before you sign

    Note any damage on the delivery receipt and take photos before the driver leaves. Report damage to us within 24 hours.

Description

The Dundalk Elation (CTC2424W) is a barrel sauna with a solid wood flat floor, cedar bevel siding, wider 23-inch benches and two front-facing windows, handcrafted in Ontario from Canadian cedar.

Dundalk gives the exterior as 98" W × 96" D × 88" H, with Two-tier benches; see the product drawing for the bench layout inside.

The heater is chosen separately. Dundalk recommends 7.5 kW, which we supply as the HUUM DROP 7.5 kW package. The Harvia KIP is offered at 8 kW, the nearest KIP size above 7.5 kW, and wood-burning stoves are also offered. For the electric packages, HUUM's manual says the DROP 7.5 kW draws 31.25 amps at 240 V, and Harvia's manual says the KIP 8 kW draws 33.3 amps at 240 V single-phase. Your licensed electrician sizes the breaker and wire from the manual that ships with the heater and your local code.

Assembly & Installation

What the Elation build involves

The Elation is assembled on site following Dundalk's illustrated manual: the angled staves are fastened to the front and back wall sections through pre-drilled holes, with a mallet to snug them where needed.

Tools the manual asks for: cordless driver or drill, a mallet, and a 1-1/2"–2" hole saw.

Foundation

Dundalk asks for a base that is level with a slight slope to the back for drainage — a concrete pad or a wood deck.

Electrical

Final electrical hookups must be completed by a certified electrician to comply with local codes. Dundalk makes this a condition of warranty validation, not just good practice.

Shipping

How is the Dundalk Elation delivered?

The Elation ships by LTL freight on a crate, delivered to the curb or the end of the driveway. Deliveries are usually made with an 18-wheel truck, so check it can reach your street. The carrier books a delivery appointment and does not unload — offloading is the customer's job, usually with a forklift lifting from the end of the crate on fork extensions, or by renting a tilt-bed tow truck to collect it from the local terminal. At 96" long the crate is over Dundalk's 92" limit, so there will be no lift gate — plan the offload before the truck is booked.

Check the shipment before the driver leaves. If it arrives damaged you can still accept it: photograph the damage, write “Crate arrived open/damaged – possible hidden damage” on the Bill of Lading, and contact us straight away so the claim can be raised with the carrier.

Where are you located, and where do you ship from?

Topture is an online retailer serving customers in the contiguous United States. The company is Topture LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, and its registered business address is 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.

Orders ship from manufacturer and distributor warehouses in the U.S. and Canada, and some products ship directly from the manufacturer in Europe. Each product page shows its estimated delivery time.

How much is shipping?

Orders over $200 ship free within the continental United States. Orders under $200 carry a small shipping fee.

Two exceptions: SaunaLife and ThermaSol products carry a freight charge at any order value, and sauna stones ordered without a heater ship at $60 per box because of their weight.

Every charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you provide financing?

Absolutely! To view your financing offer, simply select Shop Pay Installments as your payment method at Step 3 of checkout.

You'll need to enter a debit card to receive your offer, but don’t worry—you can still back out before completing the purchase.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

If your order is in stock, most orders ship within 2–7 business days of purchase. Transit time then depends on the distance from the warehouse and, for freight, on booking a delivery appointment.

For custom, pre-order or made-to-order items, the estimated delivery time frame is listed on the product page. Delivery dates are estimates, so please don't book installation labor until your order has arrived and been inspected.

What happens after I place my order?

As soon as you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details—be sure to keep it for your records. Once your order ships, you'll receive another email with tracking information.

For freight deliveries, the carrier will call or text you to schedule an appointment once the shipment reaches their local terminal. Someone needs to be there to inspect the shipment and sign for it. Smaller parcels arrive by UPS or FedEx without an appointment.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Products purchased through Topture include the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms. You’ll find the warranty details for each product under the "Warranty" tab on its product page, and we help with troubleshooting and warranty coordination if an issue comes up.

Do you have a showroom?

We don’t have a showroom — we sell online. Our team is available by phone, email and chat to help you compare models, sizes and heaters, and we can send dimensions, installation manuals and electrical requirements before you buy.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout the 48 contiguous states, with curbside freight delivery for large items. Free shipping and standard rates apply there only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. islands and Canada are quoted separately, depending on the brand and model. We can't ship freight or oversized items to P.O. boxes.

Do you ship internationally?
