This page explains your right, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) and similar laws in other states, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of targeted advertising, and how to use it.
Does Topture Sell Personal Information?
We do not sell your name, email address or other personal information for money. Under the broad definitions in these laws, however, the following may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or as targeted advertising:
- The Meta pixel, the Pinterest tag and Google's advertising tags, which let those companies collect information about your visit to our site
- Sending hashed (scrambled) identifiers, such as your email address, to Google to measure which ads led to a purchase
What Information May Be Shared?
- Identifiers: IP address, cookie and device IDs
- Internet activity: pages and products viewed and searches on our site
- Commercial information: products bought or added to the cart
- Geolocation data: approximate location derived from your IP address
How to Opt Out
1. Use the opt-out switch
Go to our privacy choices page. Shopify records your choice for this browser and stops the Meta and Pinterest advertising pixels.
2. Send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Shopify treats it the same way, for that browser. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.

Opting out in one browser does not carry over to other browsers or devices. If you are in a region where we show a cookie banner, declining it also stops our analytics and other advertising technologies; see our Cookie Policy.
Additional Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose
- Delete personal information we have collected from you
- Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you
- Non-discrimination: we will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights

Authorized Agents
You may ask an authorized agent to make a request for you. The agent must show proof of your permission, such as signed written permission or a power of attorney, and we may contact you directly to confirm.
How We Protect Your Information
Payments are processed by Shopify and our payment providers, and we do not store full card numbers on our own systems. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
