Warranty
Harvia warrants this stove for 2 years in family use and 6 months for commercial or other non-consumer use. Sauna stones, and other parts subject to wear, are excluded. Full terms are in Harvia's warranty document at harvia.com/en/warranty/.
Delivery
This stove ships by freight on a wooden pallet, protected in three-ply cardboard, and the carrier will call to arrange a delivery appointment. Delivery is to the kerb — the driver is not responsible for moving it inside or for assembly, so plan for a second pair of hands. Sauna stones and accessories ordered with the stove ship on the same pallet, which is normally cheaper than ordering them separately.
