Your guide to choosing the best 2 Person Indoor Sauna...

How much space do I need for a 2 person indoor sauna?

A two-person sauna is surprisingly space-efficient, with a typical footprint of around 4 feet by 4 feet. This allows them to fit comfortably in a home gym, basement, or a spacious master bathroom. Many are also designed as corner saunas to seamlessly integrate into your home's layout.

Infrared vs. Traditional: Which is better for a 2 person sauna?

The best choice depends on the experience you prefer. An infrared sauna provides deep, penetrating heat at a lower, gentler air temperature and is often a simple "plug-and-play" setup. A traditional sauna uses a heater for higher temperatures and allows you to create invigorating steam by ladling water on hot stones.

What are the power requirements?

Power requirements depend entirely on the heating technology. Most 2-person infrared saunas are highly efficient and designed to plug into a standard, dedicated 120-volt household outlet. A 2-person traditional sauna, however, uses a more powerful heater and will require a dedicated 240-volt circuit to be installed by a licensed electrician.

Is assembly difficult for an indoor sauna?

Not at all. Our indoor sauna kits are designed for easy DIY assembly. They typically arrive as a set of pre-fabricated panels that simply clip or screw together. Most customers find they can assemble their new sauna in just a few hours with a partner and basic household tools, with no major construction required.
