Shipping policy

Free Shipping – Every Order, Big or Small!

We cover the shipping costs on all orders —yes, even the heavy and oversized ones—so you don’t have to worry about surprise fees. (Exception: Orders containing only sauna stones without a heater are not eligible for free shipping.)

Order Processing and Shipment

Most orders ship within 2 to 7 business days from the date of purchase. Custom-built products may require additional lead time depending on the item. We aim to send tracking information within 24 hours of shipment, though this may vary.

Shipping Carriers

Smaller items — like electric sauna heaters, accessories, red light devices, and replacement parts — usually ship via UPS or FedEx. We reserve the right to choose the carrier for your order.
Once an order is with the carrier, we can't modify the shipping address or coordinate delivery times. You'll receive tracking details so you can monitor your delivery. If issues arise, we'll communicate with the shipping company on your behalf.

Freight Delivery for Large Items

When you're ordering something big—like a sauna, stove, plunge, or tub—we use freight shipping. This process is different than regular parcel delivery, and we want you to feel fully prepared.

  • The tracking number we provide shows the estimated arrival at the freight company’s local depot.

  • A delivery appointment is required for the final leg, and someone must be present to sign at the time of delivery.

  • Freight deliveries are curbside only. You're responsible for moving the shipment to its final location.

Important Note for Larger Saunas (e.g., Dundalk Leisurecraft models):
These saunas often come in crates longer than 92 inches and weighing between 800 to 1,600 pounds, which exceeds liftgate capabilities. Delivery will be made to the curb with a full-size 18-wheeler. The freight company will not unload the sauna from the truck. You’ll need to arrange for equipment such as:

  • A forklift with long forks (the most common solution)

  • A tilt tow truck

  • In rare cases, a crew may be allowed to manually unload, but this is generally discouraged for liability reasons

Sauna Kit Deliveries

Sauna kits are shipped on pallets via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) or flatbed trucks. Once your order reaches the terminal near you, the carrier will call to schedule a delivery.

  • LTL Deliveries: Used for smaller or mid-sized kits. These shipments share truck space with other deliveries but are securely packed.

  • Flatbed Deliveries: Used for larger cabins that require more space and have greater weight.

Pre-Assembled Sauna Deliveries

Pre-assembled saunas arrive on a pallet in protective packaging and require specialized delivery (often via flatbed). You'll receive a call to schedule delivery, and you’ll be responsible for offloading the unit with a forklift or crane. The driver’s role is limited to delivering the item curbside. Be sure to discuss any access issues with the freight company when they call.

Scheduling Freight Deliveries

When your shipment reaches the local terminal, the freight company will contact you using the phone number from your order. It’s your responsibility to arrange the delivery appointment. You’ll be offered available time slots to choose from. Failing to schedule in a timely manner may result in storage fees.

Be available for the full delivery window and ready to sign for the shipment. Delivery will be made by a semi-truck, typically curbside, and liftgate service is available for most shipments (except for oversized models like Dundalk saunas). You’ll need to have a plan to move your sauna from the curb to its final location.

Damaged Packages

  1. If the box is visibly damaged at delivery, take clear photos of the box and note the damage with the driver on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill. Take a photo or make a copy of the Bill of Lading. Email us at contact@topture.com with photos and documentation. All shipments are insured, but claims are only valid if damage is noted upon arrival — so inspect the shipment carefully.
  2. No damages to the box? Inspect your package immediately when you receive the order from the freight carrier. If there are damages to the product, take pictures and send it to us right away. Any damages that is NOT reported within 24 hours will be rejected for further resolution.
  3. For all orders, keep your box, packaging and pallet for ALL products in case of any returns or exchanges.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All damages must be reported within 24 hours. If a damage is reported after the 24 hour mark, the claim will be denied.

Shipping Concerns

Please share all concerns about the delivery of your product to your location to avoid delays, frustration, and additional costs for your order.

It is important to note the following that can bring additional costs:

  • Charges the freight company levies if an 18-wheeler truck cannot access the delivery location
  • Transport restrictions for truck height or bridge laws
  • Deliveries to Islands
  • Road or access restrictions
  • Delivery requires the use of a ferry, train, plane, or additional courier transport

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Freight Deliveries

If an item is shipped and returned due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for shipping costs both ways. If a freight shipment is returned because the freight company couldn't reach your residence, this will be considered a return and subject to our return policy.

Shipping to Remote Areas

Remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional shipping fees. If your order is shipped to a location with shipping restrictions, a customer service representative will promptly contact you to notify you of any additional charges.

Shipping Zones

Free shipping applies to the 48 contiguous states. Free shipping offer does not apply and is not possible to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, United States Virgin Islands, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, Friday Harbor, Orcas Island, or any other islands within the United States. Additionally, free shipping is not available for international destinations, including Canada. We will NOT honor returns for shipments outside of our normal shipping range. In rare cases, the freight carrier may refuse to ship to a location in which the customer will be granted a refund.

Customs and Import Duties

Please be aware that while we can create custom shipping quotes to destinations outside the lower 48 states, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country or territory are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the shipping charge, and Topture does not cover any costs related to customs clearance.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any additional charges that may be applied during the customs process upon arrival of the goods at the delivery destination. These charges are beyond our control and may vary based on local regulations, product type, and the value of the items shipped.

If you have concerns about potential customs fees, we strongly recommend that you consult with your local customs office or a shipping expert prior to completing your purchase.

International Shipping and Warranty Voidance

We take great pride in providing high-quality products and a comprehensive warranty to our customers. However, please be aware that shipping the purchased goods outside the United States or taking the products outside the country yourself after initially shipping them to a domestic United States address will result in the automatic voiding of the warranty for those products. Our warranty coverage is specifically designed for products used within the United States, and any international shipping or transportation outside the country can subject the items to different conditions, regulations, and handling procedures that may compromise their intended functionality and performance. We strongly advise against such actions if you wish to maintain the validity of the warranty. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer support team before making any decisions regarding international shipping or transporting products outside the country after receiving them at a domestic United States address. Please take these guidelines into account to ensure the continued coverage of your warranty. Your understanding of these terms is greatly appreciated.
