Transform your backyard into a luxurious retreat with this handmade sauna from Ontario, Canada. It has been developed for outdoor use in nature and can withstand any weather. You can select an optional porch (which decreases inside length). Different window options are available and you can choose if you want a wood stove or an electric heater inside. Sauna comes as a kit that requires assembly.

    • White Cedar- slightly stronger and almost as resistant to rot and decay as red cedar, and has a beautiful light colored finish.
    • Red Cedar- naturally weather and insect resistant, gives off a pleasant and recognizable scent, and is aesthetically attractive.
  • Comes standard with roof membrane & 2nd layer of roof boards
  • Fascia boards to protect the end grain of the barrel wood
  • 2 premium benches for sitting and reclining
  • Partially pre-assembled construction with built-in venting holes

  1. Building and packing your sauna in a crate
  2. Arranging for shipping to your home

 

Trucking Company Responsibilities

  1. Making an appointment to deliver your sauna
  2. Delivering your sauna to the end of your driveway or curbside
    • The trucking company is NOT responsible for unloading the sauna
    • The trucking company is NOT going to back their truck into your driveway
    • Most times the trucking company will deliver with an 18-wheel truck
      • Will this size truck fit on your road or neighborhood?
  1. If the sauna crate is less than 92" (7 feet), the trucking company may have a lift gate on the back of the truck which can be used to assist getting the sauna off the truck.
  2. If the sauna crate is more than 92", there will not be a lift gate to unload the sauna crate and the customer needs to decide how they are going to get the crate off the truck.

 

Customer Responsibilities

  1. Returning phone calls to the trucking company in a timely manner, to arrange delivery
  2. Determining how the sauna is going to be unloaded from the truck
    • Crates will vary from 6 feet long to 14 feet long
    • The crate's weight will vary from 800 pounds to 1600 pounds, depending on the size of the sauna
  3. The customer is responsible for unloading the sauna crate from the truck
    • Suggested methods for unloading the truck
      • Open up the crate and hand unload
      • Use a forklift or other mechanical piece of equipment
        • When using a forklift to pick up the crates, they must be picked up from the end of the crate and forklift extensions are required.
      • Renting a tilt tow truck to pick up the sauna from the local terminal and have it delivered to your home
  1. If the crate arrives damaged, you can accept the shipment, however, please take pictures of the damage, and note the damage on the shipper's Bill of Lading (BOL). Immediately, contact your dealer or True North Saunas, so we can contact the shipper.
    • Mark the Bill of Lading (BOL) with "(Crate arrived open/damaged- Possible Hidden Damage."

Where are you located, and where do you ship from?

We are a U.S.-operated company with our main headquarters in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Orders are shipped across the continental U.S. from our network of warehouses, managed by our logistics partners in California, Illinois, Texas, New York, Florida, and Toronto.

How much is shipping?

Orders over $200 ship free within the continental United States. Orders under $200 carry a small shipping fee.

Two exceptions: SaunaLife and ThermaSol products carry a freight charge at any order value, and sauna stones ordered without a heater ship at $60 per box because of their weight.

Every charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you provide financing?

Absolutely! To view your financing offer, simply select Shop Pay Installments as your payment method at Step 3 of checkout.

You'll need to enter a debit card to receive your offer, but don’t worry—you can still back out before completing the purchase.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

If your order is in stock, most orders ship within 2–7 business days of purchase. Transit time then depends on the distance from the warehouse and, for freight, on booking a delivery appointment.

For custom, pre-order or made-to-order items, the estimated delivery time frame is listed on the product page. Delivery dates are estimates, so please don't book installation labor until your order has arrived and been inspected.

What happens after I place my order?

As soon as you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details—be sure to keep it for your records. Once your order ships, you'll receive another email with tracking information.

For freight deliveries, the carrier will call or text you to schedule an appointment once the shipment reaches their local terminal. Someone needs to be there to inspect the shipment and sign for it. Smaller parcels arrive by UPS or FedEx without an appointment.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, all products come with a manufacturer warranty. You can find the specific warranty details for each product under the "Warranty" tab on its product page.

Do you have a showroom?

We don’t have a showroom — we sell online. Our team is available by phone, email and chat to help you compare models, sizes and heaters, and we can send dimensions, installation manuals and electrical requirements before you buy.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout the 48 contiguous states, with curbside freight delivery for large items. Free shipping and standard rates apply there only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. islands and Canada are quoted separately, depending on the brand and model. We can't ship freight or oversized items to P.O. boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

International Shipping

For many products, yes, including to Canada, by custom quote. Email contact@topture.com with the product and your address before you order; availability and cost depend on the brand and model. Any duties, taxes and customs fees are your responsibility.
