The Model S4N wood-fired hot tub arrives completely assembled and is easy to set up. Its ergonomically shaped fiberglass tub is a comfortable place for up to 6 people. The interior surface is easy to clean, and the exterior is crafted from thermally enhanced spruce for superior weather resistance and durability.

Engineered for efficiency and performance

Engineered and crafted in Northern Europe, this super-efficient hot tub heats in 1/3 of the time as traditional wood-fired hot tubs. No electrical connection is required. At the heart of the Model S4 is its ingenious self-cleaning corrugated stove with a secondary chamber that transfers heat from the smoke – reducing wood consumption up to 50% compared with other hot tubs. Brilliantly, the air between the fiberglass lining and the wood exterior is super-heated to accelerate the heating process. The stove is cleverly engineered to draw cooler water through a lower channel and redistribute it though an upper channel to equalize the temperature.

General Delivery Information (Applies to Both)

All deliveries require a scheduled appointment. The sauna will arrive protected on a wooden pallet, sometimes encased in wood. Prior to shipping this product, we often contact customers to share shipment details and needs and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses. Our goal is to ensure your project’s success.

Flat Rate Freight (LTL Truck)

The driver is responsible for curbside delivery only and will lower the items to ground level.

Exception for SaunaLife G3 & G4: These models are too long for lowering. In these cases, the customer is responsible for hand off-loading (piece by piece) or for off-loading with a forklift.

Flat Rate Freight (Flat Bed Truck)

For this option, the driver provides "delivery only" with limited assistance at the site. The customer is entirely responsible for removing the sauna crate from the truck.

Required Equipment: You must provide a forklift or crane to offload the crate.

Note: On rare occasions, remote or complex delivery areas may not qualify for these rates.

True North 5 Person Sauna

I purchased this Sauna in White Cedar with 2 Windows and the Harvia Electric Heater and absolutely love it! It was easy to assemble in a few hours and is very high quality. I got the manual dial and it heats up quickly and provides up to 80% humidity when putting water on the rocks. The instructions were excellent and no extra help was required. It was shipped to me in the US and although it took awhile to receive because of a manufacturing issue, Topture kept on top of the situation and kept me in the loop from start to finish.
