    How many people does the SaunaLife S4 fit?
    The SaunaLife S4 seats up to six people in a contoured dark grey fiberglass tub. SaunaLife lists the interior at 71 inches in diameter and 33 inches deep, inside a 79-inch-diameter Thermo-Spruce surround, and matching Thermo-Spruce steps make getting in and out easier. SaunaLife's safety instructions say not to exceed the recommended number of users, both for safety and to avoid damaging the tub, and to never jump in. For up to seven people, the S6 is the larger sibling.
    What are the SaunaLife S4 dimensions?
    SaunaLife lists the S4 at 79 inches in diameter and 37 inches high outside, and 71 inches across and 33 inches deep inside. Its dimension drawing puts the top of the stove's chimney about 106 inches above the base, so leave that much overhead clearance. The tub weighs 441 pounds empty, and SaunaLife lists it at 3,064 pounds filled. It ships in a crate about 87 inches tall at 595 pounds, so check the delivery route for that height before it arrives.

    SaunaLife's Limited Warranty, Rev 260915, covers the SaunaLife S4 for 2 years from delivery, the period it lists for plunge tubs and hot tubs, in residential use. It runs to the original retail purchaser who bought from an authorized reseller, and Topture is an authorized SaunaLife dealer. SaunaLife repairs or replaces, at its option, a part it judges defective, and labour for removal or reinstallation is not covered. It excludes normal wear, user damage, natural weathering and the natural characteristics of wood, and defects, transport damage included, that inspection before installation would have caught. Commercial use, alteration or repairs by anyone other than an authorized SaunaLife representative void it.
    Where can you buy the SaunaLife S4 from an authorized dealer?

    How do you maintain the SaunaLife S4?
    Wash the SaunaLife S4 after each use, and shower before getting in for cleaner water. SaunaLife's quick guide allows a pressure washer with household detergent and a soft cloth, but no chlorine-based detergents, abrasive cleaners or rough materials, which discolor the tub. Lift any ash that reaches the water out with a kitchen sieve. Treat the wooden walls and steps with an exterior wood oil at least once a year. In winter, drain the tub and the stove after every use and leave the drain valve open, because freezing water can break the tub, the stove or the valve.

So the S6 needs a pad about 10 inches wider and holds roughly 1,100 pounds more water. Otherwise they are built the same way: a 1.65-inch Thermo-Spruce surround over a fiberglass tub and a 304 stainless-steel wood stove, with no electricity, and SaunaLife rates both to heat from 40°F to 95°F in 1.5 to 2 hours.

    Orders ship from manufacturer and distributor warehouses in the U.S. and Canada, and some products ship directly from the manufacturer in Europe. Each product page shows its estimated delivery time.

    How much is shipping?

    Orders over $200 ship free within the continental United States. Orders under $200 carry a small shipping fee.

    Two exceptions: SaunaLife and ThermaSol products carry a freight charge at any order value, and sauna stones ordered without a heater ship at $60 per box because of their weight.

    Do you provide financing?

    Absolutely! To view your financing offer, simply select Shop Pay Installments as your payment method at Step 3 of checkout.

    How long will it take for my items to arrive?

    If your order is in stock, most orders ship within 2–7 business days of purchase. Transit time then depends on the distance from the warehouse and, for freight, on booking a delivery appointment.

    What happens after I place my order?

    For freight deliveries, the carrier will call or text you to schedule an appointment once the shipment reaches their local terminal. Someone needs to be there to inspect the shipment and sign for it. Smaller parcels arrive by UPS or FedEx without an appointment.
