Harvia HL3S Safety Rail — for the Virta 6 kW, 8 kW and 9 kW (HL60E / HL80E / HL90E)

The Harvia HL3S safety rail is a protective accessory that adds a natural wood barrier around your Harvia sauna heater, reducing the risk of accidental contact with its hot exterior. It is the single most useful thing you can add to a sauna used by children or by several bathers at once. Made from heat-treated aspen (Harvia’s “h.aspen”), the rail’s smooth, rounded profile is designed to sit against the heater and complement its finish.

Fitment. This rail is sized for the plain Harvia Virta HL60E (6 kW), HL80E (8 kW) and HL90E (9 kW) — every plain Virta with the 415 × 340 mm body. It does not fit the plain Virta 10.5 kW or any Virta Combi — those bodies are deeper and take the HL3M or HL3L. Harvia builds one rail per body depth, so the right rail is the one whose assembled depth is 113 mm greater than your heater’s — 453 mm for a 340 mm body, in this case.

Where are you located, and where do you ship from?

We are a U.S.-operated company with our main headquarters in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Orders are shipped across the continental U.S. from our network of warehouses, managed by our logistics partners in California, Illinois, Texas, New York, Florida, and Toronto.

How much is shipping?

We’re proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $200 within the Continental United States.

The only exception is sauna stones—due to their weight and high shipping costs, we apply a shipping charge when they are purchased without a heater.

Do you provide financing?

Absolutely! To view your financing offer, simply select Shop Pay Installments as your payment method at Step 3 of checkout.

You'll need to enter a debit card to receive your offer, but don’t worry—you can still back out before completing the purchase.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

If you order today, you can expect delivery within 5-13 business days. In-stock products typically ship within 2-6 business days, and once they leave the warehouse, transit time is usually 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Let us know if you need more details!

What happens after I place my order?
