The Granby Cabin Sauna features a 2-tier seating arrangement, providing optimal comfort and functionality for both sitting and laying down. The design incorporates a full-sized door with a bronze-tempered window. The Eastern White Cedar boasts remarkable resistance to decay and insects, providing exceptional durability with a lifespan of 30+ years. Exhibiting characteristic knots and a naturally light hue, the wood acquires a warm, rich amber tone when thermally treated, which gracefully weathers to a distinguished silver-grey when exposed to the elements. It comes with pre-cut and pre-milled Eastern White Cedar wood, as well as a 28-gauge steel roof, making assembly simple and efficient. A team of two individuals can set up the sauna in just 5-8 hours, with no cutting necessary.

Arranging for shipping to your home

Trucking Company Responsibilities

Making an appointment to deliver your sauna
Delivering your sauna to the end of your driveway or curbside
- The trucking company is NOT responsible for unloading the sauna
- The trucking company is NOT going to back their truck into your driveway
- Most times the trucking company will deliver with an 18-wheel truck
  - Will this size truck fit on your road or neighborhood?

If the sauna crate is less than 92" (7 feet), the trucking company may have a lift gate on the back of the truck which can be used to assist getting the sauna off the truck.
If the sauna crate is more than 92", there will not be a lift gate to unload the sauna crate and the customer needs to decide how they are going to get the crate off the truck.

Customer Responsibilities

Returning phone calls to the trucking company in a timely manner, to arrange delivery
Determining how the sauna is going to be unloaded from the truck
- Crates will vary from 6 feet long to 14 feet long
- The crate's weight will vary from 800 pounds to 1600 pounds, depending on the size of the sauna
The customer is responsible for unloading the sauna crate from the truck
- Suggested methods for unloading the truck
  - Open up the crate and hand unload
  - Use a forklift or other mechanical piece of equipment
    - When using a forklift to pick up the crates, they must be picked up from the end of the crate and forklift extensions are required.
  - Renting a tilt tow truck to pick up the sauna from the local terminal and have it delivered to your home

If the crate arrives damaged, you can accept the shipment, however, please take pictures of the damage, and note the damage on the shipper's Bill of Lading (BOL). Immediately, contact your dealer or Dundalk LeisureCraft, so we can contact the shipper.
- Mark the Bill of Lading (BOL) with "(Crate arrived open/damaged- Possible Hidden Damage."
- WE DO NEED A COPY OF THE BOL. IF COMPANY DOESN'T GIVE YOU ONE MAKE A PHOTO

Warranty

The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. Outdoor Showers are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of three (3) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the outdoor shower, (eg. Draining water before freezes, cleaning or staining the outdoor shower) refer to your shower assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 3 year warranty.

Sauna

Crate was intact except one stave had a tongue that was broken that I had to glue together. A couple staves broke partially on the ends because the datos were too tight even when you were pounding on each end to keep it level. The grooved blocks were always used. Those were re-glued together.

True North 5 Person Sauna

I purchased this Sauna in White Cedar with 2 Windows and the Harvia Electric Heater and absolutely love it! It was easy to assemble in a few hours and is very high quality. I got the manual dial and it heats up quickly and provides up to 80% humidity when putting water on the rocks. The instructions were excellent and no extra help was required. It was shipped to me in the US and although it took awhile to receive because of a manufacturing issue, Topture kept on top of the situation and kept me in the loop from start to finish. I had no idea what I was missing!

My sauna heater is really, really old, but it still works so I still use it. That said, the rocks were also really old. These new stones look so much better and seem to even hold the heat better as well. Like I said in the title, I had no idea what I was missing! Puts a lot of new life into an old, Montgomery Ward heater.

Great lighting

I loved the lighting strips that I ordered and installed. The only thing I would change are the drivers for the LED’s could be better. The app isn’t great and I had to setup a Dev account to grand cloud access to the lights in order to integrate them with homekit. An LED driver that has Matter support would be better. That said the lights themselves in the Sauna are amazing and the remote control is well designed and it was easy to sync one remote to both drivers so both strips turn on and off together as well as change colors.

Fancy & Professional looking

We have ordered Arteflame Classic 40" Grill | Tall Round Base with all the necessary accessories . It has been a great experience from the time of order placement until after delivery.
Shipping was fast and the products arrived secure and safe. We did experience a little issue with shipping the product to our door but it was handled very professionally. This griddle is a masterpiece, not only in design, production, manufacture, sales, and service. The people are great. Benny was my go-to person, he was the best. The LeGiddle, cart, burner assembly, and lid arrived in perfect condition - very securely packaged. No damage. The LeGiddle is all 304 stainless steel polished, the LeGiddle is a beauty to behold and grill with. Very easy to clean, never no rust. Everyone at my trailer park is in envy of this unit. Their warranty and service are impeccable. If you are missing anything they are right on it. They go to the limit to satisfy you and make it right.
