The Mesa 905 steam shower with jetted tub is a popular shower for replacing a standard tub and shower. This fully loaded combination steam shower is 60" x 33" and features a 3KW high output steam engine, 6 acupressure jets, and 6 whirlpool jets giving you an unmatched therapeutic sauna experience. You and a partner can indulge yourself in a state of complete relaxation and tranquility in the expansive jetted tub. The unit comes in left or right configurations, based on where the water & electricity will be routed.

Mesa Steam Showers, bathtubs, and whirlpools include a flexible drain hose for fast easy installation.

Mesa includes a flexible drain hose to help you get the job done faster and easier, with professional-grade durability and more versatility than the traditional corrugated pipe. Flexible and expandable, it easily bends around any obstacle, holds its shape during installation and with a simple snap, its integrated soil-tight fittings lock securely and stay connected during backfilling.

 

What does this mean to you?

You can pretty much put your drain anywhere you want. All of our units come with a pre-cut drain and flexible hose. This means you are now able to put your drain or steam shower anywhere you want!!

WARRANTY TERMS

All steam showers carry a (7) seven year structural warranty against manufacturer defects. The structural warranty protects the structure of the steam shower from peeling, fading, delaminating or cracking. Structural components include the acrylic panels, shower pan, ceiling, and glass panels. All steam shower parts carry a (1) one year guarantee against defects.

All jetted tubs and air tubs carry a (7) seven-year structural warranty against manufacturer defects. The structural warranty protects the structure of the tub from peeling, fading, delaminating or cracking. All jetted tub and air tub parts carry a (5) five-year guarantee against defects.

Steam Showers carries most replacement parts in stock and will arrange for a spare part to be delivered to you. Replacement parts can be ordered by contacting our service department at contact@topture.com

Steam Showers recommends that a certified plumber or electrician replace the spare part. Steam Showers does not accept any responsibility or liability for the installation of spare parts.

WARRANTY DETAILS

All whirlpool bathtubs we sell brand-new original manufacturer whirlpool tubs, air tubs, and jetted tubs. Each item we sell comes with the original Manufacturer's Warranty; this information is clearly posted on the product page under Warranty Tab.

It is the customers' responsibility to confirm the product will comply with their state, county, or city codes. If you will be receiving an inspection by a county or city inspector, please ask them what they require.

Steam Showers Installation & Certification

The unit must be installed by a licensed plumber and electrician, or it will void the warranty of the unit from the manufacturer. The purchaser of the steam shower accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use, operation, and installation. This unit is not to be used for commercial purposes. The purchaser also agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Topture.com from any actions, lawsuits, judgments, or liability claims arising from the use of these products.

Topture.com is not responsible for any liability or losses accruing from plumbing or electrical installation.

When will I know my order has shipped?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.

When will my order ship?

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at contact@topture.com.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. Custom order brands include Outdoor Plus, Fire By Design, Fireplaces, Etc.).

These units, are custom-made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us. 

All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.

Refunds and Returns

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. 

Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product. 

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product. 

Shipping Times

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.  We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on). 

Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Topture's control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

Warranty

Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 2 days, that is not a warranty claim.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
