Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday. Shipping times for Le Griddle griddles are typically between 4-6 days.
Shipping rates
We offer Free Shipping within the contiguous US. (Exceptions: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APOs, Hawaii, Alaska and anywhere outside the contiguous US.)

That’s why we offer a Full 30 Day Hassle-free return policy on LeGriddle products.
Ship the item back to us in like-new condition during this period with all original pieces and packaging and we will refund your money minus any special promotions. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note: Any damage or if the product isn’t returned in like-new condition may result in an additional restocking fee or in severe cases the denial of the return.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should REFUSE the package, and make note of it on the delivery receipt.
If you sign for a shipment as complete and in good order, you also accept responsibility for any freight damage! It is then your responsibility to make any necessary claims for damaged goods with that carrier.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and send photos to contact@topture.com.
We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue and issue compensation or replace your product.
Cancellations & Returns
Any product from LeGriddle can be returned within 30 days. Any items canceled before shipment will receive a full refund.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we want to make returns easy & simple.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@topture.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A restocking fee may apply.
Returns must meet the following criteria:
- Returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.
- All returns must also include a copy of the original order or invoice number in order to receive credit.
- Returned products must be in like-new condition and sent back in original packaging, including all original parts and accessories. Additional fees may apply if sent back with missing or damaged parts.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

As stated in the Product Quality Guarantee, any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or missing parts will be handled at extra cost. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
