Description

This beautiful barrel sauna is expertly made by hand in Ontario, Canada. It has been developed for outdoor use in nature and can withstand any weather. It is 10' long and has an inside standing height of 6'. You can select an optional 2' porch (which decreases inside length). Different window options are available and you can choose if you want a wood stove or an electric heater inside. The sauna comes as a kit that requires assembly.

White Cedar- slightly stronger and almost as resistant to rot and decay as red cedar, and has a beautiful light-colored finish.

Trucking Company Responsibilities

Making an appointment to deliver your sauna
Delivering your sauna to the end of your driveway or curbside
- The trucking company is NOT responsible for unloading the sauna
- The trucking company is NOT going to back their truck into your driveway
- Most times the trucking company will deliver with an 18-wheel truck
  - Will this size truck fit on your road or neighborhood?

If the sauna crate is less than 92" (7 feet), the trucking company may have a lift gate on the back of the truck which can be used to assist getting the sauna off the truck.
If the sauna crate is more than 92", there will not be a lift gate to unload the sauna crate and the customer needs to decide how they are going to get the crate off the truck.

Customer Responsibilities

Returning phone calls to the trucking company in a timely manner, to arrange delivery
Determining how the sauna is going to be unloaded from the truck
- Crates will vary from 6 feet long to 14 feet long
- The crate's weight will vary from 800 pounds to 1600 pounds, depending on the size of the sauna
The customer is responsible for unloading the sauna crate from the truck
- Suggested methods for unloading the truck
  - Open up the crate and hand unload
  - Use a forklift or other mechanical piece of equipment
    - When using a forklift to pick up the crates, they must be picked up from the end of the crate and forklift extensions are required.
  - Renting a tilt tow truck to pick up the sauna from the local terminal and have it delivered to your home

If the crate arrives damaged, you can accept the shipment, however, please take pictures of the damage, and note the damage on the shipper's Bill of Lading (BOL). Immediately, contact your dealer or True North Saunas, so we can contact the shipper.
- Mark the Bill of Lading (BOL) with "(Crate arrived open/damaged- Possible Hidden Damage."

Excellent Steam Shower

We recently moved and decided to install a steam shower enclosed unit. It would be less labor intensive and more cost effective, opposed to a unit inside a walk in shower in our newly renovated basement bathroom. Its' beautiful and very well made. Sauna

Crate was intact except one stave had a tongue that was broken that I had to glue together. A couple staves broke partially on the ends because the datos were too tight even when you were pounding on each end to keep it level. The grooved blocks were always used. Those were re-glued together.

I purchased this Sauna in White Cedar with 2 Windows and the Harvia Electric Heater and absolutely love it! It was easy to assemble in a few hours and is very high quality. I got the manual dial and it heats up quickly and provides up to 80% humidity when putting water on the rocks. The instructions were excellent and no extra help was required. It was shipped to me in the US and although it took awhile to receive because of a manufacturing issue, Topture kept on top of the situation and kept me in the loop from start to finish. I had no idea what I was missing!

My sauna heater is really, really old, but it still works so I still use it. That said, the rocks were also really old. These new stones look so much better and seem to even hold the heat better as well. Like I said in the title, I had no idea what I was missing! Puts a lot of new life into an old, Montgomery Ward heater.

Great lighting

I loved the lighting strips that I ordered and installed. The only thing I would change are the drivers for the LED’s could be better. The app isn’t great and I had to setup a Dev account to grand cloud access to the lights in order to integrate them with homekit. An LED driver that has Matter support would be better. That said the lights themselves in the Sauna are amazing and the remote control is well designed and it was easy to sync one remote to both drivers so both strips turn on and off together as well as change colors.

We have ordered Arteflame Classic 40" Grill | Tall Round Base with all the necessary accessories . It has been a great experience from the time of order placement until after delivery.
