You can cancel any order for a 100% refund before the order has been processed. Please notify us immediately at contact@topture.com if you would like to cancel your order. Once the order has been processed, it is subject to our 30-Day Return Policy.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to contact@topture.com and contact us immediately (within 24 hours). We will process an immediate replacement or compensation (usually within 1 business day).

Yes, you can change your order at no cost by simply emailing us at contact@topture.com and requesting the change as long as the order has not been processed yet. Any price difference will be credited to your card or we will send you a custom invoice to pay the difference. Orders can only be changed before shipping.

Depending on the brand, orders may ship out the same business day or take up to 2 business days to ship. On rare occasions, order shipment may take longer due to unforeseen delays. Exeptions are made to order and custom products.
