Shipping Times & Rates
Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday.
Shipping times depend on and are different for different types of products, products types, and as well vary by brand. This is why we can't give any general specifications on shipping times but you can find them clearly marked on the individual product pages.

Our Curbside Delivery shipping is generally part of our service and is thus free of charge for you.
Items are divided into two categories for shipping:
- Sent via UPS or FedEx.
- Shipping options that list the speed of delivery.
- Packages less than 200 lbs.
- Sent via trusted carriers that specialize in handling large items.
- Shipping options that list the type of delivery.
- Typically take one to three weeks for delivery.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APOs, Hawaii, Alaska and anywhere outside the contiguous US.
Product Quality Guarantee
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should REFUSE the package, and make note of it on the delivery receipt.
If you sign for a shipment as complete and in good order, you also accept responsibility for any freight damage! It is then your responsibility to make any necessary claims for damaged goods with that carrier.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and send photos to email@example.com.
We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue and issue compensation or replace your product.
Cancellations & Returns
Most of the items we carry can be returned within 30 days. Any items canceled before shipment will receive a full refund.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we want to make returns easy & simple.
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A restocking fee may apply.
Returns must meet the following criteria:
- Returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.
All returns must also include a copy of the original order or invoice number in order to receive credit.
- Returned products must be in like-new condition and sent back in original packaging, including all original parts and accessories. Additional fees may apply if sent back with missing or damaged parts.
- Items may be subject to up to a 15% restocking fee.
- Used items may not be eligible for a return, see "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" Section for specific product restrictions.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

As stated in the Product Quality Guarantee, any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or missing parts will be handled at extra cost. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
