The Lucas Teak Extension Table is made of recycled teak from old fishing boats and houses. Reparations and fillings add to its unique charm. With a sturdy frame and clean lines, this commanding piece anchors a rustic dining space and conveniently extends to accommodate the occasion.

 

About the Brand

The story of Sika-Design begins in Denmark in 1942 when Ankjær Andreasen produced the first batch of handmade baskets, lamps, flower tables, and other smaller interior items made of rush and willow. Today Sika-Design is a family company with 3rd generation, Louise Andreasen in charge and we are the oldest producer of rattan and wicker furniture in Scandinavia. Through the years Sika-Design has evolved and today we have strong collections for both indoor and outdoor use. Bringing back old designs from great architects has become a passion for us, just like working with one of the most sustainable materials for furniture. Our mission is to manufacture furniture which can last for decades, both when it comes to design and durability.
