How Often to Clean Grill Grates?
To keep the great appearance of your RCS grill, it is recommended that you clean your grill after every use. For that first burn off the remaining particles and then scrape the grates with a grill brush.
What is the Warranty for Renaissance Cooking Systems products?
RCS Cutlass Pro Series Grills, Side Burners, Doors as well as Drawers have a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects of the original owner. Premier Series Grills come with a 15 year warranty and all RCS Refrigeration Products with a 5 year warranty against manufacturing defects of the original owner.
Should I Do Anything Before Cooking?
To prevent food from sticking to the cooking grids, rub them with either Olive oil or spray them with Canola oil.
How do you start a RCS grill?
Before you start cooking, you should first preheat the grill. To do so ignite all burners, set them on HIGH, close the lid and let it preheat for about 10 - 15 minutes. After that your Renaissance Cooking grill is ready to use.
